1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website, or by hiring The Fence Lady Co. for services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Estimates
Estimates provided via this website are approximations based on the details submitted. Final pricing will be determined only after an on-site property evaluation and will be bound by a separate formal contract.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting an estimate. When hiring us, you are responsible for:
- Identifying true property lines.
- Obtaining necessary HOA approvals prior to installation.
- Ensuring pets and children are secured away from the active work site.
4. Utility Locating
The Fence Lady Co. will contact public utility locators (e.g., 811) prior to digging. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private underground utilities (e.g., sprinkler lines, private electric/gas lines, landscape lighting). It is the homeowner's responsibility to mark private lines.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Fence Lady Co. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Fence Lady Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the delay of services.
